Whether you prefer in person training, online coaching or a mix of both, the Power Plan offers a structured coaching experience, giving you the support, flexibility and expertise needed to build strength, improve health and achieve lasting progress.

Rooted in evidence based training principles, whilst being tailored to your own unique goals, The Power plan isn't a one size fits all program - It's a personalised pathway to becoming the strongest fittest and most confident version of You.

Personal Training with Purpose

Over the years I've completed many challenges and have trained for many different goals. I've trained purely for performance based goals, including training for a marathon and a Hyrox.

I've also trained for physique and body composition goals.

I know, both from my own personal experiences and through training my clients what it takes to make the change you want to see in yourself.

Personal Training
Train with me in person at Gro Wellness.
A private, welcoming and supportive space for you to train and reach your goals with me.

Includes modern state of the art training equipment and facilities.
As my client, there is no membership required to train with me here.
Alongside your training sessions with me, receive ongoing guidance with lifestyle habits and nutrition as well as regular progress and goals reviews.

FREE initial consultation and goals review.

Online Coaching
When you sign up to online coaching with me you'll get access to my my coaching app where you can:

Track your workouts, nutrition and progress.
Follow personalised plans built around your goals and schedule.
Stay connected with me via WhatsApp for ongoing support, questions, and motivation.
​​​
Check in weekly so we can review your progress, adjust your plan and keep you on track.
​​
Stay accountable with regular communication, and guidance on implementing lifestyle changes and habits in line with your goals, including nutrition.
​
Optional Extra: Add on a monthly or 2 weekly face to face personal training session to give you extra support and guidance, including form check and body composition scanning if required.
